Specimen Volume: 6 mL
Collection Instructions:
1. Use Urine Myoglobin Transport Tube preservative; call Laboratory for tubes.
2. Follow instructions in Urine Collection in Special Instructions.
Specimen Transport Temperature
- If specimen is ambient, aliquot to a urine myoglobin transport tube (T691) within 1 hour of collection. Refrigerate specimen.
- If specimen is refrigerated, aliquot to a urine myoglobin transport tube (T691) within 2 hours of collection. Refrigerate specimen.
- Stable 7 days refrigerated with Urine Myoglobin Transport Tube.
